500 gm medium size Zucchini (green)

2-3 tablespoon Refine oil

Coriander leaf

Green chili slice

Ginger and garlic paste

Half spoon cumin

Some asafoetida

Tea spoon red chili powder

One fouth tea spoon turmeric powder

Some black pepper powder

Coriander powder

Preparation

Wash the vegetable with water and keep some time to dry. Cut both end and slice it from the middle and make small pieces.
